What You'll Do
What You'll Do
- Help oversee daily program operations.
- Lead groups of elementary students in engaging activities.
- Support and coach Child Care Associates.
- Assist with opening procedures and daily routines.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, school staff, and administrators.
- Help ensure a safe environment and maintain licensing standards.
- Step into the Site Leader role when needed.
- Be a positive role model for both children and staff.
- Assist with opening and closing a before and afterschool program.
Requirements
We're looking for someone who enjoys both working with children and supporting others.
Minimum Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Previous child care or youth program experience
- Leadership experience in child care, retail, camps, recreation, education, or customer service is a plus
- Ability to pass a background check
- First Aid/CPR certification (or ability to obtain after hire)
