What You'll Do
What You'll Do
No two days are ever the same! As a Child Care Worker, you'll help create memorable experiences for elementary-age children before and after school.
You'll:
- Build positive relationships with children and families.
- Lead games, crafts, STEM activities, sports, and enrichment experiences.
- Supervise children during indoor and outdoor play.
- Encourage teamwork, kindness, creativity, and problem-solving.
- Help with snack and daily routines.
- Ensure children are safe while having fun.
- Assist with check-in and dismissal.
- Be a positive role model every day.

Requirements
We're looking for people who enjoy working with children and creating positive experiences.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Successfully pass a criminal background check.
- Paid or volunteer experience working with children.
- Ability to actively supervise and engage with elementary-age students in a fast-paced environment.
