- Oversee the daily operation of toddler classroom (8 children)
- Implement both traditional and Christian lesson plans effectively
- Manage classroom staff
- Maintain parent communication
- Ensure compliance of State OEC regulations
- Experience working with toddler aged children
- Education background in Early Childhood Education
- Experience or willingness working with a Christian curriculum
