What You'll Do
- Engage children in curricula activities and promote their active participation.
- Take charge of classroom maintenance, ensuring materials are clean, organized, and readily available.
- Establish and maintain regular communication with parents through informal conversations and progress updates.
- Model good hygiene and self-help habits, encouraging children to develop positive behaviors.
- Smoothly facilitate the daily transition of children from home to the child care center.
- Adhere to all center policies and state regulations.
- Pursue ongoing professional development to maintain and improve the quality of care and education.
- Ability to work with a high level of energy.
- Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as basic computer literacy.
- Familiarity with child development principles.

- Necessary qualifications include passing a full background check and health screening.
- Possession of Infant/Child CPR and First Aid certification.
