The job of a retail sales associate involves selling flooring products and services to customers, servicing their accounts, and ensuring a desired level of profitability on each sale. This role is pivotal to the store's productivity and profitability, reporting directly to the sales manager and collaborating with other sales associates to drive sales growth.

What You'll Do

• As a sales associate, you will be expected to communicate effectively through verbal and written means, listening attentively to customers and responding accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

Qualifications

The skills and abilities we're seeking include:

Mathematical Skills

• Understand and effectively communicate numerical data. Calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications as well as the ability to learn new programs.

Education
