What You'll Do
Creating and implementing lesson plans
Assessing development of children and adjusting curriculum to meet needs
Guiding children through play-based learning
Creating positive relationships with parents
Working with staff to ensure a cohesive program
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or other field preferred
Prior classroom experience
Demonstrates knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices
Strong written and verbal communication skills
