As a Mommy & Me Facilitator, you will:
Minimum of 1 year experience in early childhood education, parent-child classes, or related fields.
Knowledge of or interest in Montessori philosophy strongly preferred.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Energetic, creative, and enthusiastic personality.
Ability to lift/carry up to 25 pounds and set up activity spaces.
Flexible schedule (weekday mornings and/or Saturdays preferred).
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Nice To Haves
Bilingual (Spanish/English)
Experience with yoga, music, or art for young children

- Plan and lead engaging one-hour classes (e.g., baby yoga, toddler art, music & movement, Montessori-inspired play).
- Welcome families warmly, creating an inclusive and supportive environment.
- Provide guidance to parents on child-led learning, fostering curiosity and independence.
- Prepare materials, set up and break down classroom spaces for each session.
- Share information about Seven Oaks Academy’s programs (toddler, preschool, and enrichment).
- Collect feedback to continually improve class experiences.
