The position is full time, Monday - Friday from 8:30 am - 5:30 pm. This person will work in our 12-24 month old classroom as an assistant to the Lead Teacher, and should be comfortable with children that age.

- Supervise children: Provide constant supervision during all activities, including playtime, transitions, meals, and nap time.
- Assist with daily routines: Help with basic needs like diapering, handwashing, and preparing/serving meals.
- Implement lesson plans: Assist the lead teacher in preparing and carrying out daily educational activities and lesson plans.
- Communicate: Maintain good communication with parents, guardians, and other staff members regarding children's progress and any concerns.
- Support individual needs: Provide individual attention to children and help support their individual needs.
- At least 18 years old
- Willing to learn and be trained
- Enjoys working as part of a team
- Reliable transportation
- Able to bend, twist, sit on the floor, and lift up to 30 pounds
- Energy and enthusiasm, and a sense of fun!
