Duties
Training and job responsibilities:
- Learn carpet, hardwood, LVP, and tile installation techniques
- Work alongside experienced installers as apprentice team member
- Participate in The Box training system for hands-on skill development
- Assist with project setup, material handling, and site preparation
- Learn proper tool usage and safety procedures under supervision
- Develop customer service skills through professional job site interaction
- Progress through structured 3-month foundation training program
- Learn subfloor preparation, measuring, cutting, and installation techniques
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
- Maintain quality standards that earn positive customer reviews
- Handle residential remodels, new construction, and commercial projects
What we're looking for:
- Strong work ethic and desire to learn skilled trade
