Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe and loving environment for the toddlers in your care.
- Change diapers as needed.
- Support the maintenance of a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
- Provide individualized attention and guidance to meet the needs of each child.
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Assist with record keeping, including tracking attendance, assessments, and observations.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 years experience working with infants.
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Patience, flexibility, and a genuine passion for working with children.
- Previous experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Child Development Associate (CDA) certification or Head Teacher Certificate.
