What You'll Do
Greet and help customers with their purchases.
Answer phones and help customers with their orders.
Merchandise and restock showroom floor.
Call and follow up with customers.
Help provide quotes to customers.
Provide outside sales support.
Research Non-Stock Item Requests.
Other projects as needed.
Requirements
Excellent customer service skills.
Good computer skills.
Attention to detail.
Good organization skills
High energy self starter
Must be a team player.
Must be able to adapt to fill in with other duties as needed.
Knowledge of tools and supplies used in the commercial
construction, manufacturing or fabrication industries. Willing to train the
right person.
Stable work history.
Must pass drug screen and background check.
