As a Customer Service Representative - Enrollment Rep, you will engage with customers daily at our retail campaigns, driving sales and becoming proficient in using our state-of-the-art POS system and tablet. You'll have the opportunity to promote our products and services effectively, creating brand awareness among customers. In addition, you will assist the management team and store personnel with promotions and events, ensuring a strong retail relationship and compliance with program guidelines and ethics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to drive sales and provide excellent service
- Learn and utilize our POS system and work on a tablet
- Promote products and services, enhancing brand awareness
- Assist with promotions and events under the guidance of the management team
- Maintain strong retail relationships and ensure compliance at all times
- Uphold the highest level of integrity and ethics
- Maintain a neat and tidy workplace
- Manage sales transactions from start to finish
Requirements:
- Minimum one year of experience in retail, customer service, sales, or a related field
- Strong desire to work in the retail, sales, or event industry
- Availability for full-time retail hours, including weekends
- Reliable transportation for traveling up to 40 miles to retail partners and transporting promotional items, displays, signage, and work tablet
- Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift/move 25 pounds or more
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail sales environment
- Excellent communication skills to achieve local sales goals
