We are a sales and consulting firm helping homeowners throughout Philadelphia and the surrounding areas to adopt smarter home energy solutions through community solar programs. As a Client Relations Associate, you will introduce local neighborhood residents to their community solar options through professional, informative sales conversations. In addition to connecting local homeowners to Arcadia’s community solar resources, our Client Relations Associates also handle customer inquiries, the full cycle sales process, and support residential energy programs that are reliable, efficient, and customer-focused.

You will be a key part in building a strong solar energy community and helping others achieve cleaner and more efficient energy operations!
Client Relations Associate Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person enrollment of Arcadia’s solar energy options within applicable local neighborhoods in the Philadelphia region.
- Manage customer inquiries, provide accurate information regarding solar farm processes, and resolve sales requests with professionalism.
- Build and maintain customer enrollments by ensuring satisfaction and identifying sales opportunities to expand residential energy services.
- Coordinate with fellow Client Relations Associate teams to deliver tailored sales options for energy solutions, prepare campaign materials, and address customer needs.
- Troubleshoot service challenges, clarify community solar features, and escalate complex cases for timely resolution.
- Align with cross‑functional teams to maintain consistent sales messaging and deliver seamless customer experiences across Arcadia’s energy services.
Client Relations Associate Qualifications
- Experience in customer support, retail, or sales valued, especially in service‑driven or subscription‑based environments.Prior experience as a Client Relations Associate is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and adapt messaging to diverse client needs.
- Organized, proactive, and collaborative, with problem‑solving strengths and consistent focus on client satisfaction.
