We are a growing residential construction and property management company looking for a hardworking, dependable individual who wants to build a long-term career in construction.
This is not just a labor position. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn every aspect of residential construction—from foundations to roofing—and become a well-rounded tradesman.

What You’ll Do
No two days are the same. Projects may include:
- Framing
- Drywall installation and finishing
- Painting
- Flooring (LVP, tile, carpet, etc.)
- Trim and finish carpentry
- Siding, soffit, and fascia
- Decks and fences
- Roofing repairs
- Doors and windows
- Basic plumbing
- Basic electrical
- Property maintenance and repairs
- Demolition and cleanup
- Material loading and unloading
- General job site organization
What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic

- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all seasons
- Ability to use or learn power tools safely
- Able to work independently and with a team
- Construction experience is a plus, but not required
