This is a full-time, on-site General Laborer role based in Tampa, FL. The General Laborer will support asphalt and concrete installation and repair projects, including site preparation, material handling, and job site cleanup. Daily tasks may include loading and unloading materials, operating basic hand tools and small equipment under supervision, and assisting skilled crew members with paving, patching, sealing, and concrete work. The role involves working outdoors in various weather conditions, following safety procedures, and maintaining a clean and organized job site. The General Laborer will work as part of a crew, follow instructions from supervisors, and help ensure projects are completed on time and to quality standards.

Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, carrying, bending, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Basic familiarity with hand tools and small construction equipment, or willingness to learn proper use and care under supervision.
- Strong safety awareness, including following company safety policies, wearing required protective equipment, and reporting hazards or incidents promptly.
- Reliable transportation to the Tampa, FL job site and flexibility to work varied schedules, including early mornings, overtime, and some weekends as needed.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions, work collaboratively with a crew, and communicate clearly and respectfully with team members and supervisors.
- Prior experience in construction, asphalt, concrete, or general labor is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided for motivated candidates.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; must be eligible to work in the United States and pass any required background or pre-employment screenings.
