ACP Tax Advisory is hiring Seasonal Tax Associates for the upcoming tax season. If you have at least 2 seasons of professional tax preparation experience and are looking for flexible in person work, we’d love to hear from you. Join a dynamic, client-focused team delivering high-quality tax advisory services.

• Provide superior customer support via video, phone, and chat, assisting clients with their tax returns.
• Navigate both simple and complex client issues — from troubleshooting software questions to researching detailed tax scenarios.
• Prepare and review individual returns with accuracy and compliance.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience with professionalism, empathy, and technical expertise.
• Carefully document all client interactions.

• An active PTIN and 2 years of professional experience preparing and filing individual (1040) returns using professional tax preparation software.
• Strong technical skills and ability to navigate professional tax software, Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word), and communication tools like Slack.
• A dedicated workspace with a hard-wired Ethernet connection and personal computer for administrative tasks. (Wi-Fi or satellite connections not permitted.)

• Seasonal/flexible hours — mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends available.
• W2 position starting at $25/hour, plus benefits perks, and additional incentives.
• Work through April 16, 2026, averaging 30 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours.
