Acoustics & Interior Construction, Inc. (Glen Allen, VA) is seeking a full-time highly motivated Commercial Flooring Project Manager/Estimator to join our team. This position is responsible for accurately preparing detailed take-offs, cost estimates, and proposals for flooring projects that consist of ceramic tile, carpet, resilient, and sheet vinyl. This role requires strong attention to detail, industry knowledge, and the ability to interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and bid documents. This position works closely with general contractors, project managers, and suppliers to ensure competitive and accurate pricing that supports project success. We are looking for someone with drive and a willingness to learn to jump right in.
