Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the work, professional and team development of _ direct reports
- Achieve defined daily scorecard targets including safety, lead time, productivity and quality assurance metrics
- Maintain and implement a schedule of value-stream-level Continuous Improvement projects, events and interventions
- Deploy company strategy in accordance with defined protocols
- Optimize production schedules
- Liaison with members of the organization including sales, administration, finance and operations toward the dual goal of customer satisfaction and company profitability
