We are hiring Installation Team Members today! Essential Functions:
- Install wide variety of acoustical products using hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and aerial lifts
- Perform quality inspections
- Actively participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in internal and vendor product trainings.
- Work with Project Manager and Team Leader to understand, learn, and practice Lean/Continuous Improvement tools and concepts concerning safety, quality, production, and 5S.
Required Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience using hand tools and power tools preferred
- A minimum of five years experience in a construction/install environment preferred

- Ability to communicate well with others, including fellow Team Members, Team Leads, and Managers.
- Work overtime as needed to meet business operational needs
- Consistently be on time and ready to work (at job site when shift starts and breaks end)
- Adhere to company philosophy and values
- Read tape measure and add/subtract to reach desired dimensions.
- Be able to lift and carry 70 lbs.
- Ability to work at heights up to 40 feet
- Qualified candidates required to have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal history background check
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Position Type/ Work Hours: This is a full-time position. Most work is day shift, Monday through Friday. Overtime and night work including weekends as required based on business operational needs.
Travel: Travel to job site typically located in Virginia and Mid-Atlantic region, but occasionally nation-wide. Employees are provided with company vehicle for travel, paid hotels, and per diem for food and incidental expenses.
