Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3 years of experience in recruiting
- Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools
- Fluency in Spanish or Tagalong
