We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Part-Time Bookkeeper (Independent Contractor) to support our Ezobord team. The role requires proven proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and the ability to manage multi-entity accounting with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Details

- Work Modality: Primarily online/remote, with occasional on-site presence at the Dahlonega office if required
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and receivable across multiple business locations
- Post journal entries, reconcile bank accounts, and maintain the general ledger
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with period-end closings
- Monitor and report on cash flow, expenses, and account balances
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Liaise with external accountants, vendors, and internal teams
- Support financial audits and tax filings
- Identify and recommend process improvements
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of bookkeeping experience, ideally across multiple entities or locations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Strong understanding of general accounting principles
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with payroll, inventory, or manufacturing accounting is a plus
