Position Title: Production Associate
Supervises: No one
Hours:
Day Shift Options
$15.00 1st Shift – Monday to friday – 4AM-12:30PM and OT opportunity
Nights
$15.50 2nd shift - Monday to Friday - 4PM-12:30AM and OT opportunity
Primary Responsibilities for Production Associate:
· Read and understand Process Plans and Work Instructions to determine machine set-up, material requirements, production expectations, safety and quality guidelines & requirements.
· Observe machine operation to detect work piece defects or machine malfunctions.
· Report any needed maintenance or operational difficulties.
· Stack, mark, and/or package parts as directed.
· Properly fill out and understand labor tickets and labels as directed.
· Follow all Company rules and policies.
Secondary Responsibilities for Production Associate:
· Keep work area(s) clean and orderly.
· Assist set-up personnel as directed by Supervisor.
· Any other duties that may be deemed appropriate and necessary.

Minimum Requirements for a Production Associate:
· High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred
· Basic Math skills
· Ability to read and follow written instructions
· Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds during scheduled shift
