**DESCRIPTION**
The **Vice President, Frontier Revenue Growth** will lead the end-to-end Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for expansion into under-leveraged retail channels. Own channel prioritization, resource planning, senior-level engagement, and revenue accountability through deal closure and scalable growth.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**What You’ll Do**
Lead profitable growth by expanding existing business and attracting new opportunities
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve divisional financial goals
Partner with Business Managers to build, motivate, and lead a best‑in‑class sales organization
Strengthen and maintain senior‑level client relationships to exceed performance targets
Serve as a key communicator with clients, retailers, and internal stakeholders
Oversee expense management and ensure financial discipline
**QUALIFICATIONS**
**What You Bring**
15 or more years of progressive experience in sales or marketing leadership
Bachelor’s degree or higher is required
Solid financial acumen with experience managing budgets and controlling expenses
Proven success managing teams within a food broker or major national packaged goods organization is ideal
Proficiency with sales and business software tools
Proven ability to lead GTM strategies, negotiate senior partnerships, and manage budgets

Requires strong analytical thinking, sound judgment, and complex problem‑solving skills
