Sr Operations Manager

**DESCRIPTION** The Sr. Operations Manager is a remote position that supports client functions across an indirect sales channel to drive store excellence and growth. In this role, you will consult the field sales organization and establish tactics and implement solutions based on performance KPIs at the door, dealer, and field sales levels. This position will directly influence the development of how the client field sales team is supported operationally. This leader in consultation with the supported field sales organization leadership will make decisions for day-to-day business needs as well as long-term strategic decisions. **RESPONSIBILITIES** 1. Support the operations and processes for the Value Indirect operations organization. 2. Collaborate closely with the Value Indirect Field Sales organization from Retail Performance Managers through leadership, developing & executing on a sales strategy that aligns to the broader Value Indirect Channel strategy. 3. Be responsible for decision making in support of the field sales organization, using functional subject matter expertise and conceptual thinking skills 4. Oversee and coordinate end-to-end ownership of complex organization-level initiatives with the focus of driving core KPIs and growth of Value Indirect stores with limited oversight and direction 5. Accountable to scope, define, and introduce field support strategies, processes, best practices, and procedures while identifying potential risks & providing transformational opportunities 6. Manage daily, weekly, monthly ad-hoc reporting requests and presentation materials in support of opportunity doors, dealer, and/or field support for supported organization. 7. Lead cross functionally with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with channel priorities & long term goals. This includes, but is not limited to, Channel Management, Systems, Merchandising, Go to Channel, Training, Distribution Execution, etc. 8. Consistently deliver high quality work that fully addresses the intended criteria, goals, and objectives 9. Effectively communicate verbally and in writing to stakeholders, team members, and leadership **QUALIFICATIONS** 1. Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience 2. Six or more years of relevant work experience 3. Experience with program and/or project management 4. Willingness to travel up to approximately up to 50% 5. Ability to learn quickly, prioritize and work under pressure, adapt to a rapidly changing environment, possess obsessive attention to detail and demonstrate a sense of urgency 6. Exceptional analytical skills and ability to solve ambiguous problems and deliver results despite challenges 7. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision 8.
