Sr. Client Service Coordinator

**DESCRIPTION** 1. Maintain consistent communication and reporting procedures to client partner 2. Create and manage purchase requisitions 3. Approve and manage invoices 4. Create executive summaries for purchase requisitions 5. Support vendor management activities 6. Maintain a detailed tracker for all purchase requisitions, orders, and invoices 7. Resolve invoicing errors by working with Procurement, Accounts Payable, and vendor contacts 8. Support Client with additional operational tasks tied to channel programs and procedures 9. Role is located in Basking Ridge, NJ as a hybrid work position and requires client office presence Tue-Thur. **RESPONSIBILITIES** Essential Functions: 1. Support Client with additional operational tasks tied to channel programs and procedures **QUALIFICATIONS** Work Experience Requirements: 1. 1-3 years of relevant work experience Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements: 1.Be able to prioritize multiple demands 2. Strong interpersonal and written communication skills 3. Understand key financial concepts including budget management, invoicing, & PO creation 4. Requires general business skills, industry knowledge and planning skills 5. Proficiency in Google Workspace 6. Ability to structure logic and communicate clearly using both oral and written forms, with experience creating and communicating business messages to senior leadership. 7.
