**DESCRIPTION** The **Senior Vice President, Analytics & Measurement** is an executive leader responsible for delivering best‑in‑class measurement, insights, and analytics solutions across four integrated marketing agencies (Mosaic, Premium, ActionLink and Product Connections). This role serves as the senior analytics authority and strategic advisor to clients while ensuring consistent, high‑quality analytics delivery across agency teams. Reporting directly to the President, this leader will unify analytics vision, elevate analytic rigor, and strengthen client trust by ensuring insights clearly connect marketing activity to business outcomes. Success in this role requires deep agency experience, executive presence with clients, and the ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels. **RESPONSIBILITIES** **Client Leadership & Advisory** Serve as the senior analytics leader in Brand Advocacy Solutions. Ensure that our clients are receiving best-in-class analytics, measurement, and reporting. Translate complex analytics into clear, compelling narratives that influence clients’ decision‑making. Participate in new business development, pitches, and client growth opportunities as the analytics subject‑matter expert. **Agency & Portfolio Oversight** Provide analytics leadership and governance across four marketing agencies, ensuring consistency in measurement philosophy, quality, and outcomes. Partner closely with agency presidents, client leaders, and strategy teams to align analytics with client goals and agency business objectives. Establish common standards, best practices, and operating models while allowing for agency‑specific needs. **Measurement & Analytics Strategy** Define and evolve analytics and measurement frameworks aligned to client business outcomes (e.g., growth, profitability, ROI). Oversee advanced measurement methodologies including attribution, ROI, forecasting, and optimization. Champion the use of advanced analytics, data science, and AI/ML to unlock deeper client insights and competitive advantage. **Team Leadership & Development** Lead, develop, and inspire a client‑facing analytics organization spanning reporting, insights, measurement, and data science. Build strong analytics leadership layers capable of supporting multiple agencies and complex client portfolios. Foster a culture of curiosity, accountability, and consultative client service excellence. **Data, Technology & Partnerships** Partner with technology, media, and data teams to ensure scalable analytics infrastructure and reliable data pipelines. Evaluate and manage analytics platforms, data providers, and external measurement partners. Ensure data quality, governance, privacy, and compliance standards are upheld across all agencies and clients. **QUALIFICATIONS** **Required** 15 years of experience in analytics, measurement, or insights, with significant leadership experience in a marketing agency or consulting environment. Proven history in client‑facing analytics leadership, including executive‑level client engagement. Deep expertise in marketing measurement methodologies. Demonstrated ability to influence senior client stakeholders and drive action through analytics. Experience leading and scaling analytics teams across multiple accounts or business units. Strong business acumen with a clear ability to connect analytics to marketing effectiveness and client ROI. **Preferred** Experience overseeing analytics across multiple agencies or lines of business. Exposure to advanced analytics, data science, or AI‑driven insights. **What Success Looks Like** Clients view analytics as a strategic driver, not just a reporting function.
