**DESCRIPTION**
This is a **\#Hybrid** role, working in the office 3 days a week.
You will lead **high-impact analytics, space management, and category management teams** across multiple client accounts—delivering **data-driven insights that improve performance** , drive efficiency, and **generate measurable value** .
Partner with senior leadership to **manage client relationships** while building the capabilities to **evolve into a strategic client advisor.**
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**_What You’ll Do_**
**Client Partnership:** Assist in the management of multiple clients-understanding client goals, supporting performance discussions, and delivering actionable insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness
**Client Value Delivery:** Ensure teams consistently deliver measurable value, including sales growth, improved processes, and enhanced decision-making support for clients
**Team Leadership:** Lead and develop high-performing teams delivering space management, analytics, and category support across varying client needs
**Strategic Execution** : Translate client and leadership priorities into clear team direction, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality deliverables
**Category & Space Expertise:** Apply best practices in space management, assortment, and analytics to support fact-based decision making
**Operational Excellence:** Improve processes, workflows, and resource allocation to enhance efficiency and scalability
**Growth Support:** Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and deepen engagement in partnership with senior leaders
**Support** the **development and optimization of tools** and solutions that support data analysis and decision-making
Foster collaboration, communication, and knowledge-sharing across teams
**QUALIFICATIONS**
**_What You Bring_**
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
**5–8 years** of relevant industry experience, including 1–3 years in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of the **CPG industry** and **space management/category management** practices
Proven ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and drive results in a fast-paced environment
Experience **leveraging data, tools, and insights** to support business decisions
Strong communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and **industry tools**
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
Strong **CPG expertise** with proficiency in industry tools of **Blue Yonder, Circana, Nielsen** , **Power BI** and Microsoft Office
**Proven leader** who drives project execution, sets clear goals, and delivers measurable results
Results-oriented with the ability to **remove obstacles** and keep teams on track
**Adaptable communicator** who tailors messaging to diverse audiences
