We’re hiring dependable, motivated individuals who enjoy physical, detail-oriented work and want consistent opportunities in a fast-paced store environment. **What’s In It For You?** Consistent scheduling and dependable work opportunities Early shifts mean you’re off earlier in the day Consistent Monday – Thursday schedule from 5AM-3:30PM. 4-day work week opportunities available for many teams Potential downtime during key holiday periods Opportunity to work with different teams and store locations Hands-on retail and merchandising experience with growth potential Team-oriented environment with supportive leadership Mileage reimbursement available **What Will You Do?** Read and follow plan-o-grams to accurately complete reset and remodel projects Move and clean shelves, install racks and fixtures, and properly merchandise products Place shelf tags and strips accurately while maintaining plan-o-gram integrity Process pack-outs, restocks, and reorders Partner with store personnel and teammates to achieve merchandising excellence Utilize web-based applications to manage schedules, assignments, timekeeping, mileage, and expenses Complete documentation accurately and efficiently **How Will You Succeed?** Be a self-starter and quick learner with strong attention to detail Work effectively in a team environment and build positive relationships Communicate professionally with business partners and leadership Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills Follow all safety protocols and operational procedures **Experience & Qualifications** Reliable transportation and ability to travel to multiple store locations Experience reading and using plan-o-grams required Grocery reset experience strongly preferred Professional appearance and strong work ethic Access to a computer with internet, email, and printing capabilities Comfortable using smartphones and handheld technology Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs.
