**DESCRIPTION**
The Recruiting Manager implements and manages strategic recruitment and employment programs. The Recruiting Manager will lead staffing initiatives, recruiting procedures, processes and programs. The Recruiting Manager works from requisitions, policy and instructions to ensure enough numbers of qualified applicants are available to staff company operations. Maintains records and prepares and submits required reports regarding employment related activities, applicants and applicant flow.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
Develop and implement strategic recruitment strategy programs
Manage recruiters and sourcing specialist
Work closely with management to ensure timely understanding of current and future workforce needs and implement improvement to staffing processes including sourcing and selection
Resolve escalations from Hiring Managers and applicants
Manage compliance of pre-employment forms and processes. Manage pre-employment background processes and compliance
Meeting the physical requirements – listed below

**QUALIFICATIONS**
Education
High School Diploma/GED
Bachelor’s Degree
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Work Experience
3-5 years relevant work experience
3-5 years management/supervisory experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
The ability to make effective decisions quickly
Experience and proficiency with Applicant Tracking Software (ATS) and HR databases
Excellent understanding of recruitment processes
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
Experience with candidate selection methods and sourcing platforms
