As a full-time Brand Advocate with ActionLink, you’ll drive sales, build strong in-store partnerships, and deliver standout customer experiences across Best Buy locations and beyond. From training and influencing retail teams to engaging directly with customers during key selling moments, you’ll ensure Nikon shines on every floor you step onto. You’ll also extend Nikon’s reach by supporting photo specialty dealers and local events—turning your expertise into brand buzz and measurable results.
**Schedule & Location**
Full-time role, 40 hours per week, including weekends
Best Buy locations and photo specialty dealers within assigned market

Pay rate range: $32.00-$34.00 per hour, commensurate with experience

**Your Mission**
Drive sales performance across assigned Best Buy locations through relationship-building, training, and in-store execution
Build strong partnerships with Blue Shirts, department managers, store leadership, and regional leaders to create ongoing advocacy for Nikon
Deliver impactful product training that increases associate confidence, engagement, and recommendation rates
Maintain a consistent in-store presence and use influence to improve product visibility, merchandising, and demo execution
Sell directly to consumers during peak traffic days, including weekends, delivering expert guidance and closing sales
Identify opportunities to increase sell-through based on store dynamics, staffing, and customer traffic patterns
Support photo specialty retailers and local market events, including demos, trainings, and community engagement activities
Represent Nikon at key retail events, promotions, and product launches, bringing the brand to life for both associates and consumers
Track performance, gather field insights, and report competitive intelligence to support ongoing program optimization
**Territory Ownership & Execution**
Own and manage a defined market, including multiple Best Buy locations and select photo specialty dealers
Determine weekly priorities and store coverage based on business needs, sales opportunities, and performance trends
Balance time across:
Relationship building and training
In-store execution and merchandising
Direct selling days
Specialty channel and event support
Participate in local and out-of-market events, which may require occasional overnight travel
Operate with autonomy while aligning to program goals and expectations
**What We’re Looking For**
2–5 years of experience in retail sales, field marketing, or consumer electronics
Strong background in relationship-building within retail environments
Proven ability to train and influence store associates to drive sales outcomes
Experience managing a territory or market with a high level of autonomy
Comfortable selling directly to consumers and closing sales in a retail environment
Strong knowledge of digital imaging products, including cameras, lenses, and accessories
Understanding of both national retail (Best Buy) and photo specialty dealer environments
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Self-starter with strong time management and prioritization skills
Proficiency with reporting tools and Microsoft Office
**Physical Requirements**
Travel regularly within assigned market; valid driver’s license required
Able to stand, walk, and engage customers in retail environments for extended periods
Lift up to 25–50 lbs as needed for merchandising and displays
