**What You Will Do**
**Customer Engagement:**Welcome and assist customers in understanding their vision needs using state-of-the-art digital tools, offering guidance on new prescription, frame styles, lens options, and pricing.
**Eye Test Coordination:**Deliver a concierge-level experience byguiding customers in using an advanced on-site eye examination unit, ensuring a personalized, stress-free, and comfortable experience from start to finish.
**Product Expertise:**Maintain in-depth knowledge of optical products, including frames, lenses, and accessories, to provide personalized recommendations to customers.
**Technology Utilization:**Use Amazon’s digital tools to help customers browse eyewear options, manage prescriptions, and complete purchases.
**Service Excellence:**Deliver a friendly, professional experience that builds trust and confidence in eyewear choices.

The wage range for this position is $28.00 to $30.00 per hour commensurate with experience
Monday–Friday, Available between 9am–5pm
