Customer Development Representative - Door-to-door

As a Customer Development Representative, you will:
- Conduct door-to-door visits to follow up with potential customers who have expressed interest in Acorn stairlifts.
- Leave door hangers at pre-designated addresses provided by the National Sales Manager.
- Engage with customers to answer questions regarding funding, pricing, features, and other inquiries about our stairlift solutions.
- Maintain and update customer information, follow-up notes, and appointment details in the company database.
- Set new appointments for our field representatives by overcoming customer objections and effectively communicating product value.
- Contribute to individual and team efforts to meet or exceed established business targets.
- Provide reports, documentation, and feedback to Sales and Operations Managers to enhance future customer engagement strategies.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and security procedures while reporting potentially unsafe conditions.
- Use company-provided materials and equipment responsibly and appropriately.
- Perform other duties as needed to support the organization’s ongoing objectives.

The right candidate will have the following skills:
- At least one year of door - to - door sales
- Valid Driver’s License
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Technology confident using: tablet, apps, cell phone
- Road warrior who loves to drive
