Service Agreement Sales Agent – Orlando, FL

What You’ll Do
- Drive revenue by making a high volume of outbound calls to existing stairlift owners to promote the value of an annual service agreement.
- Serve as the first point of contact for inbound calls—listening, identifying customer needs, and converting opportunities into sales.
- Deliver a positive and empathetic customer experience that builds trust and supports long-term relationships.
- Accurately document all interactions, update customer information, and ensure correct follow-up actions and dispositions.
- Partner with the Service department when customers report breakdowns or require maintenance.
- Consistently meet or exceed established sales metrics, including conversion rates, call volume, and quality standards.

What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED required; 1–3 years of related sales or call center experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals in a high-volume contact environment
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle objections confidently and professionally
- Strong attention to detail while navigating computer systems and documenting updates accurately
- Ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and maintain resilience while working toward measurable results
- Proficiency with web-based platforms and email applications such as Microsoft Outlook
