Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify deliveries against purchase orders and packing slips
- Accurately record receipts and issue inventory using approved inventory management systems
- Store supplies, equipment, and materials in designated warehouse locations following safety standards
- Issue materials to authorized departments in accordance with internal control procedures
- Maintain accurate inventory records, counts, and documentation
- Assist with cycle counts, physical inventories, and reconciliation of discrepancies
- Identify damaged, obsolete, or excess inventory and report to supervision
- Prepare inventory-related paperwork, logs, and reports accurately and timely
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and security of the warehouse area
- Follow safety procedures for lifting, material handling, and equipment operation
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, carts, and forklifts (if certified)
- Coordinate with Purchasing, Accounts Payable, and operating departments as needed
- Comply with gaming regulations, internal controls, and security requirements
- All other duties as assigned
