Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located at the Acorn Ridge Casino in Lodi, CA. As a Food and Beverage Team Member, you will ensure excellent service by assisting with food preparation, taking orders, serving meals and beverages, and maintaining clean and organized work areas. You will also interact with guests to provide a welcoming environment, address any dietary or service-related inquiries, and ensure that health and safety standards are followed.
Qualifications
- Experience in food service, order-taking, and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of food preparation, handling techniques, and adherence to safety regulations
- Strong communication, customer service, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust to varying guest needs
- Prior experience in hospitality or a similar setting is a plus
- Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
