Graphic Designer / Digital Artist
Responsibilities
Preparing artwork for screen printing, embroidery, heat transfer vinyl, and banners
Handling color separating artwork and outputting transparency films
Assisting the office and sales teams in creating and cleaning up artwork
Preparing color separations for special effects printing
Cleaning up or working with less-than-ideal artwork to still achieve good results in
screen printing. Openness to expanding your role to learn output of other print methods
like direct-to-garment printing, sublimation, and other possible processes the shop takes
on.
Experience
- Familiar with the screen printing process
- Experience working with Vector and Raster artwork
- Background in Adobe software for outputting files for print
Acorn Products is a fast-growing screen printing and embroidery shop located in
Farmington. From 9 to 5 on Monday through Friday, we make custom apparel that gives
back to the community.
As a graphic designer at Acorn Products, you're how our customers turn their ideas
into reality. You'll solve design challenges, help educate clients about the best way
to achieve their goals and learn how to prepare high-quality art for screen printing, embroidery and promotional products.
Working closely with our sales team and our hard-working print staff, your
role is crucial in making our prints look world-class. We expect you to be
fundamentally competent in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and the Google Suite of
