Job Overview

This entry-level, phone-based role focuses on making outbound calls, qualifying interest, and booking intro meetings for the senior team.

Role Highlights

  • Make a high volume of outbound calls from our CRM to targeted financial professionals.
  • Ask smart questions, identify basic fit, and set introductory calls for senior staff.
  • Take brief notes and keep the CRM updated after each call.
  • Join regular training and coaching to sharpen presentation, objection handling, and results.

  • No degree, licenses, or finance background required; full training provided.
  • Clear, confident, personable phone presence and the ability to build quick rapport.
  • Coachable, hungry to learn sales, and open to feedback.
  • Comfortable with high activity, repetition, and rejection while staying positive and professional.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and interested in a long-term sales career in a Christian, values-based environment.
