We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our Melbourne, Florida team. This is a hands-on role responsible for supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle, with an emphasis on benefits administration, recruiting support, employee relations, and HR compliance. What You'll Do

As the primary on-site HR resource for TSS Solutions, a growing company around 60-70 employees, you’ll work closely with employees and leadership and support a broad range of day-to-day HR responsibilities, including:

• Administer employee benefits, including enrollments, qualifying life events, open enrollment, and employee questions.
• Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, orientation, employee changes, record maintenance, and offboard.
• Coordinate recruiting activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and support for hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist managers and employees with routine HR questions, employee relations matters, and company policies.
• Coordinate leave administration, workers’ compensation, unemployment claims, and related documentation.
• Support performance management, employee development, communications, and engagement initiatives.
• Help maintain compliance with applicable employment laws and HR practices.
• Partner with leadership on special projects and help foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive Human Resources experience in a Generalist or similar HR role.
• Experience administering employee benefits, including new-hire enrollments, qualifying life events, and annual open enrollment.
• Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, leave administration, and other day-to-day HR functions.
• General familiarity with federal and state employment laws and standard HR practices.
• Highly organized, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using HRIS, payroll, and benefits administration systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience with PlanSource, Paycom, and NetSuite, or comparable benefits administration, payroll, and ERP platforms.
• Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, engineering, or another similarly regulated industry.
