Regional Truck Driver – Job Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Regional Truck Driver and become a vital part of our transportation and logistics network. In this role, you will safely operate a Peterbilt 379 or 389 flat-top tractor equipped with an 18-speed manual transmission while pulling either an MC-331 tanker transporting anhydrous ammonia or an asphalt oil trailer throughout the Midwest.
As a professional driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of hazardous and non-hazardous liquid products, ensuring all deliveries are completed on time while complying with company policies and all applicable DOT and FMCSA regulations. Daily responsibilities include conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintaining accurate logs and required documentation, properly loading and unloading cargo when required, and performing routine equipment checks to ensure safe operation.
Success in this position requires a strong commitment to safety, exceptional driving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while representing the company in a professional manner. You will play a critical role in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting the efficient movement of essential products throughout the Midwest in a fast-paced transportation environment.
Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
