Requirements
- ServSafe Certified
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Ensure food preparation and storage areas meet health and safety standards
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation
- Work efficiently with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service
- Follow portion control and minimize food waste
- Assist with inventory management and notify management of shortages
- Properly store food items at appropriate temperatures
- Comply with all health department regulations
- Preferred 2 or more years experience as line cook
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays
