Duties
- Conduct comprehensive vehicle diagnostics to identify mechanical issues accurately and efficiently
- Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, fluid replacements, tire rotations, and alignments to keep vehicles running smoothly
- Service tires by mounting, balancing, repairing, and replacing to ensure safety and optimal performance
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to execute mechanical repairs with precision and safety in mind
- Assist customers by explaining repair needs, recommending services, and providing exceptional service experience
- Perform automotive repairs including brake work, suspension repairs, engine diagnostics, and other mechanical repairs
- Maintain detailed service records, document all work performed, and ensure quality control standards are met
Qualifications
- Proven dealership or automotive service center experience as a mechanic or technician is highly preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools for repairs
- Familiarity with automotive diagnostics systems and troubleshooting techniques
- Experience with automotive fluid replacement, tire service, alignments, and general vehicle maintenance
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks regularly
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude and clear communication abilities
- Knowledge of automotive repair standards and safety protocols is essential
- Prior service technician experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus
