We are looking for a Sales Assistant for our Soho flagship store. As Sales Assistant at Acne Studios you will work collaboratively with Client Advisors to deliver an outstanding in-store shopping experience, support on and off the shop floor operationally, aid in creating smooth and engaging client interactions and positive business outcomes in which your efficiency and attentiveness take center stage.

Your main contribution will be to drive sales together with our Client Advisors in the store but also through operational back of house support. - Managing and executing omni channel services
- Welcoming and guiding customers through a smooth customer cycle tending to all details and providing them with the best-in-class client experience
- Support the sales team on the shop floor by ringing clients, re-merchandising the shop floor, deliver products to the shop floor and providing hospitality
- Upholding administrative procedures and skillfully managing our inventory

- Interpersonal and communication skills to provide excellent service and build strong relationships with customers
- Ability to identify customer needs, provide the right products, and close sales to achieve store sales targets
- Responsive with an ability to resolve customer concerns or issues in a professional manner
- Agility and flexibility with a self-starting attitude and ability to identify the stores’ needs in order to delivery an exceptional customer experience at all times
- Previous experience within the retail or hospitality industry
- Proven ability to work independently and with flexibility
- Ability to take initiative in line with our customer experience offer
- Fluent in English, which is a prerequisite for this position (and additional languages based on the market requirements)
