WHAT YOU WILL DO
As a PR and Marketing Intern, you will support the team across press, VIP, and brand communications initiatives. Responsibilities include:
- Managing international and local sample send-outs for press and VIP, including shipment coordination, and sample trafficking through Fashion GPS/Launchmetrics
- Coordinating with international teams to book shared runway looks, including managing availability and offering regional support for editorial and VIP opportunities
- Supporting press, VIP, and marketing activations including gifting initiatives, fittings, events, and global press days
- Maintaining showroom organization and assisting during fittings and appointments
- Assisting with Fashion Week preparation and execution as needed
- Communicating daily with stylists, editors, publicists, and KOLs to process requests, distribute lookbooks, and share product credits
- Monitoring press, social media, photo sites, for brand credits and VIP placements
- Assisting with market research for brand analysis, talent, industry, cultural projects
- Assisting the team with daily administrative and operational tasks and errands

- Strong interest in fashion, culture, arts, luxury, and product storytelling
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and exercise discretion and sound judgement
- Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in communications, fashion, luxury, or consumer goods preferred
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Familiarity with Fashion GPS/Launchmetrics is a plus
