Customer Service and Account Coordinator
Location: Shelton, CT (Hybrid)
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM
Reports To: Manager, Customer Service

Responsibilities:
- Convey critical information via Zendesk (tickets), email, calls, and chats daily with our customers and sales team.
- Coordinate between all internal departments- marketing, operations, sales, logistics to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Accurately process orders, provide status updates, set-up returns, and onboard new accounts
- Quote standard pricing & availability
- Evaluate and process warranty claims
- Respond to ecommerce customer requests/ questions
- Represent a broad line of products across multiple brands and industry channels.

Job Skills and Abilities:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree from a college or technical school; or 1-3 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong organization and communication skills
- The ability to learn multiple systems
- Experience with the following programs preferred but not required: Syspro, ticketing systems, AI engines, Zendesk.com
- Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook
