Job Title: Warranty Parts Associate

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Warranty Parts Associate to join our team in Minot, ND. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our service and parts operations by ensuring the right parts are available at the right time and that warranty claims are handled efficiently from start to finish. You’ll work closely with customers, technicians, and vendors, helping to keep repairs on track while delivering a positive and professional experience. Your Responsibilities Include:
- Working with internal and external customers to find the correct parts in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintaining stocking levels and researching parts pricing and labor estimates
- Identifying new parts and part categories that need to be added to increase customer satisfaction levels
- Working with clients and vendors to manage and follow up on warranty claims
- Interacting with customers to ensure a positive experience with the parts department and store and following up with customers and technicians to ensure timely repair
- Assisting in cycle counting of the physical inventory and ordering, receiving, pricing, and stocking parts in the service area
- Creating service orders and distributing work orders to Service Technicians
- Maintaining a safe and secure work environment by adhering to and striving to improve safety standards and reporting suspicious activity
- Completing related tasks as assigned
You’ll Need:
- Customer service skills
- Computer skills and the ability to learn new software
- Knowledge of tools and equipment
We’d Love if You Have:
- Mechanical aptitude
- Previous service writing experience
Physical Requirements:
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Sit, stand, and walk for the majority of your shift
- Occasionally push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
