Warehouse Coordinator

Seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to support the day-to-day administrative operation of our warehouse and ensure smooth coordination of documentation, inventory processes, and communication between suppliers, carriers, and internal departments.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Managing schedules and daily calendars for Incoming FTL/LTL Loads.
• Claims Management: Investigating and resolving variances along with the Purchasing and Accounts Payable departments related to damaged goods or shipment discrepancies.
• Submitting claims for shortages/overage/damages with various suppliers, carriers, and other internal branches.
• Accurately verify data for inventory tracking, including receiving, shipping, and adjustments
• Preparing shipping and receiving documents such as bills of lading, purchase orders, and transfers/Returns.
• Assisting with the preparation and distribution of various reports, forms, and documents.
• Maintaining filing systems and ensuring documentation is organized and easily accessible.
In addition to the above responsibilities, this individual is held accountable for all other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience in an administrative or warehouse support role preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment.
• Experience in a wholesale HVAC equipment supply house preferred
• Must be able to move around the warehouse, stand for extended periods, and lift-up to 25 lbs. occasionally.
