- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and other enterprise-level software solutions
- Proactive attitude towards learning new technologies
Nice to Have Skills:
- Certifications such as CompTIA A , Network , or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, Intune, RIMAS, Egnyte, and IP Camera/NVR systems
Preferred Education and Experience:
- A degree in IT or a related field is preferred, along with substantial experience in technical support or IT roles.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to effectively manage user accounts and permissions
- Experience with logging and tracking technical issues in an internal ticketing system
- Strong communication skills to troubleshoot effectively across various channels
