Job Title: Flex Pool Technician (Maintenance & Service Support)
Pay: $15–$30/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with optional weekend overtime. Full time seasonal

Position Overview
We are hiring a Flex Pool Technician to support both our Maintenance and Service teams during the busy season. This role is intentionally designed to flex between routine pool care and hands-on service work, depending on daily operational needs.
This is a strong fit for someone looking for a seasonal role with variety, or an opportunity to build a long-term career in a skilled trade.
Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled pool maintenance (cleanings, water balancing)
- Assist with pool openings, closings, and basic repair work
- Support service technicians with installs and troubleshooting
- Maintain organized service vehicles and equipment
- Follow company procedures and complete job documentation
- Shift between maintenance and service work as needed
Candidate Profile
Entry-Level Candidates:
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Able to perform physical labor (lifting 50–100 lbs)
Experienced Candidates (Preferred):
- Background in pool service, plumbing, electrical, or mechanical work
- Ability to troubleshoot pool systems and water chemistry
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license (insurable preferred)
- Reliable transportation
- Strong reliability and time management
- Professional attitude with customers
