Acme Machell Company Inc., located in Waukesha, Wisconsin, is a growing manufacturer of custom molded rubber products, and we are looking for you. We have over 50 years of history in our industry, and are recruiting a dedicated and experienced Manufacturing Customer Service Rep at this time. This person MUST act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency and have strong EXCEL knowledge. Job duties as follows:
- Review Customer Contacts
- Enter Manufacturing orders and schedule changes
- Develop Subcontract Sources
- Submit quotes for Customers, customer pricing, customer re-quotes and email confirmation to customers
- File Customer Purchase Orders
- Sales forecasting-Entering Customer Forecast, updating spreadsheet of Forecast vs. Actual
- Coordinate plant for daily shipments
- Prepare and print packing tickets, Customer shipping and label changes
- Prepare and enter releases
- Print open order report
- Updating customer box quantities
- ASN (Advance Ship Notices) transmittal
- Coordinate inspection department and Inspection processes
- Verity late delivery CAR’s
- Keep open communication with customers
- Knowledge of EMS database (Effective Management Systems)
- Answering Phones and other duties as assigned.
- Experience and Education Required:
Know and understand order entry procedure
- Know & understand contract review procedure
- Ability to recognize material requirements and order to specification
- Knowledge of costs for quoting purposes
- Good interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented
- Excellent communication and customer services skill
- Strong understanding of Customers
- Good analytical ability
- Understanding QMS-Quality Management Systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft office software including word, Excel & Outlook
- Provide support to the Accounting Dept
- Perform basic office tasks, such as filing purchase orders, data entry, answering phones, processing mail, etc.
- Handle communications with clients and vendors via phone, and email.
- Process transactions, issue checks, update ledgers, etc.
- High School Degree, Preferably a 2 year Associate Degree
- 2 Years Experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish a PLUS
Prepare financial reports assigned
