Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Pay: $33-$35 per Hour (Flat Rate)
- Flat Rate means you'll earn a fixed amount per job based on standard estimated hours, rewarding efficiency and expertise)
- Average for experienced tech: 50-60 hours paid for 40 hours worked

Schedule:
- Monday – Friday, 7 AM – 4 PM
Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs and maintenance directly on customer sites, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Diagnose mechanical issues through inspections, tests, and road tests.
- Work independently in diagnosing and repairing issues with minimal supervision.
- Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance and follow-up repairs on light, medium, and heavy-duty vehicles.
- Utilize diagnostic tools such as handheld computers and pressure gauges.
- Adhere strictly to company safety guidelines and federal regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years Diesel Mechanic experience preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License and DOT Medical Card required.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must provide own hand tools required for job duties.
- Successful completion of drug screening and criminal background check.
